So, I made a batch of homemade granola today. And it's awesome! I got the recipe from this lovely blog and decided to give it a go today.
Best part about it- four simple ingredients that you probably have on hand.
4-5 cups rolled oats (not the quick cooking kind)
1/2-1 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Mix everything together and spread it on a baking sheet. Place into preheated 350º oven and bake for 18 minutes or so. You'll need to check on it half way through and mix up all the ingredients again.
